Hi friends!
Happy Season 1 Finale premiere day! We can't believe our first season is already coming to an end, but we are very excited for all of the exciting things we have in store for Season 2. But more on that later. Trust us when we say that we know exactly how tricky and at times uncomfortable it can be when you go through the holidays as a single person. Between your social media blowing up with engagement announcements and couples' Christmas cards, to your Great Aunt Connie asking you how your love life is going, it can be difficult to fly solo during this time of year. With that in mind, we wanted to give you some tips and tricks that will hopefully make things a little easier for you if you're walking into the holidays single. We'll help you get in the right mindset about your singleness, helping you focus on what you do have instead of what you don't have. We'll give you practical advice on how to get through awkward conversations with your family, friends, and coworkers. And we'll walk you through how to create and develop your own holiday plans and traditions, because who ever said a boyfriend/husband was mandatory to make traditions? Our goal is for this episode to be a mix of empathetic encouragement and practical takeaways so that you feel affirmed and equipped to have an amazing holiday season, regardless of your relationship status. So head on over to Apple Podcasts, Spotify, or Podbean and check out the episode today! Or queue it up for your long drive to Great Aunt Connie's house...either one works. And that wraps up Season 1! We will be taking a break from our full-length episodes over the next couple of months as we enjoy the holidays with our own family and friends, as well as plan for Season 2! But don't worry, we will still be posting a new CouchCast episode every Friday over the break, so stay tuned for those! Until then, Merry Christmas and Happy New year! We will see you in Season 2! -K&B P.S. Here is the Trey Kennedy video that inspired today's episode title. You're going to want to check this out.

Well, there are people who prefer being single for the best of their lives, and that's up to them since we have our own choices on how we should manage our lives. Who are we rot distaste other how they should live their lives, right? But if you are done being single and you feel like you are ready to commit right now, then it's also up to you. Social gatherings make you feel alone in your life, that's why you wouldn't want to be there if you have a choice. My advice would be, you have to be 100% on what you want with your life.
